His cs allies are just making up for the food he isn't getting from all those worthless lake and ocean tiles. That isn't really an absurd capital size for turn 284.

Are you denying that the start location is excellent?

Good but not excellent. The ocean is taking up alot of space that could be grassland for an inland capital, and it restricts his expansion. Looks like hes on a snaky island, and those are ick. He has very poor production from the land itself, it took a very long time to get enough infrastructure and unemployed citizens to get it to a reasonable level.

Do you shop for starts because that start is better than 95% of the starts I get. He's got 3 forests to work and god if the seas panteon is going to boost early game hammers.
