Umm.. Persepolis, I think. The log might be a bit mixed up, as I played around with where to build Apollo/Space Elevator. There are not that many cities that can build the latter in our lands - we are too far away from equator.

I set research to Future Tech and lower to 80% so we get +134gpt. We may want to lower more so we can get a large treasury for rushing/upgrading stuff in the unlikely event of an attack. Each Inf costs 205g to upgrade, but it may be worth it, especially on the small island to the SE.
Serenety Valley is the longest build time @ 11T. Hopefully, the GA can speed that up and the next player can finish it off. We should get another Great Person in Jupiter to trigger it in 2T (I think).
