In order to destroy a civ's work on the spaceship, do you have to capture their capital, or the city with the apollo? If the city holding the apollo is destroyed, can it be rebuilt to allow reconstruction of the spaceship? Also If the city with the Manhattan project is destroyed, can you still build nukes?

If the Manhattan Project is destroyed, no more nukes can be built.

If you capture a civ's capital, that destroys all the parts that they have already built.

If you capture their city with apollo, they lose their ability to build spaceship parts, but the ones they already have will stay intact. I'm not sure if it can be rebuilt, but I think it can.

I think that once the Manhattan is built its destruction will change nothing. The only way to stop nukes is to cut off Uranium.
