Spaceship trouble

I completed the Apollo Program nearly 50 turns ago and have since researched everything I thought could possibly be related (including Plastics and Superconductor, so I should be able to build all the spaceship parts), but none of my cities have the option to build any of the spaceship parts!
Is this a glitch? Has anyone else run into this? How do I fix it? Am I missing something stupid?
Space victory is what I usually go for and it's a bit late in the game (1914) to feel confident I can pull off a Domination victory before retirement.

When you set the game up did you accidently check the box that disabled a space race?

That's the only thing I can think, but it seems unlikely.
I play with the same game settings in that screen every time, so usually just click through without touching it.
Is there any way to find out in the game?

/sigh, yup, I had somehow checked Bloodlust instead of Don't restart eliminated players.
