Spawn a Civ during game

Hello people,

I've been trying to play a realistic game. In order to do this I wanted to spawn a settler at a certain plot on a certain date/turn. As I use the mod Anno Domini, Historical spawn date doesn't work for me. What can I do? I am beginner in modding so, if someone could give me a hint, that would be nice.

As I see nobody could help me with my problem. I'm trying to ask in a different way. Is there a possibility to combine anno domini and historical spawn date. Would they be compatible? Thank you

Should be, but there is an incompatibility between HSD and one of the latest civ5 patch and I don't have time to update, but Bonci posted a fix.

edit: but you have to set the spawn dates for anno domini, and maybe edit the scenario if units/cities are placed manually.
