Ok so if anyone out there is a fan of the Neoteric mod..... and knows how to mod... i need a favor. I need a new leaderhead for the Scandinavian Empire, possibly cold war era-ish. (no this is not because of black ops, this is actually something for school) but i want to make the whole world in a cold war era for a scenario. any help would be appreciated.
