I'm currently working on a scenario, which is where I first stumbled onto this issue, but I'm 99% confident that it is not isolated to the scenario itself.
Background: I'd created a specialist for the city called a Telepath. This specialist produces 1 happy face, 1 research beaker and reduces corruption by 1.
As you can see from the image, only the corruption icon is displayed for that specialist. The other benefits are applied (I checked), but the icons representing those benefits are not. Also, the shields for the Civil Engineer (located to the left of the Telepath) aren't displayed either.
I have a suspicion that this limitation is merely an oversight (not expecting to have more than 1 type of benefit from a specialist), or that it was hard-coded into the game. If so, I hope it can be fixed in a future patch.
Then again, I could be doing something wrong...
