I tried to find this information in the other corruption posts but could not find the anwer. Thanks in advance for the help.
Q: Once you exceed the optimal number of cities based on map size and difficulty level (i.e. 12.8 for Standard (16) on Emperor (80%)), what excatly happens?
Do ALL of your cities then up with much higher formulaic driven corruption, or just the ones over and above the optimal number?
Or, in other words, what is the formula to analyze the cost/benefit ratio of adding cities past the optimal number?
