I just played this at www.chessanytime.com as White against an unrated opponent, 5 minutes each.

1. e4 d5 2. d4 dxe4 3. Nc3 f5 4. Bf4 a6 5. Bc4 Nc6 6. Ne2 e6 7. 0-0 g5 8. d5 exd5 9. Bxd5 gxf4 10. Nxf4 Ne5 11. Qh5+ Ke7 12. Rad1 Qe8 13. Qg5+ Nf6 14. Bb3 Rg8 15. Bxg8 Nf7 16. Nd5 (Black resigns) 1-0

Another one, this time as Black with 10 minute apiece. I deal quite summarily and violently with a cheeky attack on f7.

1. e4 e5 2. Nf3 Nc6 3. Nc3 Bc5 4. Bc4 d6 5. 0-0 Nf6 6. d4 Nxd4 7. Ng5 Bg4 8. Nxf7 Bxd1 9. Rxd1 Qe7 10. Nxh8 b5 11. Bf7+ Kd7 12. Nd5 Nxd5 13. Bxd5 Rf8 14. c3 Ne2+ 15. Kf1 Rxf2+ 16. Ke1 Qh4 17. Nf7 Rf1+ 18. Kd2 Be3+ 19. Kxe2 Qf2+ 20. Kd3 Rxd1+ 21. Bd2 Rxd2++

That'll show him.

I played this the other day in my club. It is a typical 5 minutes game, but at least the mate is cute.It also showed that black can win quickly in the Sicilian for those who were in doubt about that.
We follow Howell - Suba, London 1988 for the first 11 moves, but then white went his own way and got confused quite quickly. 12.g5 is bad, 16.Ne4 likewise and 17.Qe2 overlooks black's clever reply. White should then have minimized the damage with 19.0-0-0 but decided instead to take his king for a walk which led to death by over-exposure.

Here's a silly three minute game I just played.

Interesting... I would have intuitively played 14. Bxg6 followed by 14...fxg6 15. Qxg6 which seems winning with enough time on the clock. But your line was much better.

I have trouble just physically making the moves with 3 minutes...

Here is another five-minute game I won with black. I successfully employed an old variation in French. I am not updated on its theory, so I don't know where white went wrong.
The mate is quite cute.

1.e4 e6 2.d4 d5 3.Nc3 Bb4 4.e5 c5 5.a3 Ba5 6.b4 cxd4 7.Qg4 Ne7 8.Qxg7 Rg8 9.Qxh7 dxc3 10.bxa5 Nbc6 11.f4 Qxa5 12.Nf3 Bd7 13.Ng5 Rf8 14.Rb1 0-0-0 15.Nxf7 Rxf7 16.Qxf7 Be8 17.Qxe6+ Bd7 18.Qf6 Bf5 19.Be2 Qc5 20.Rb3 Qd4 21.Bd1 Rg8 22.Rf1 Rxg2 23.Qh8+ Kc7 24.Qh5 Qd2+ 25.Bxd2 cxd2#

11. f4 looks a little weakening... Nf3 developng looks better. Also keeps the diagonal open for the bishop.

Yeah... a mate out of nowhere.

I think that is a matter of taste, since 11.f4 has been played by some very strong players (Ciocaltea, Timman, Anand etc). In some variations it is useful to have e5 solidly protected.
But of course, 11.Nf3 is also excellent.
But I doubt the merits of the plan Nf3-g5. Something less greedy like for instance 13.Rb1 0-0-0 14.Qd3 d4 (14...Nf5!?) would lead to a very interesting position.
In any case, the variation with 5...Ba5 has its merits, since most people tend to know it less well.

Yeah... a mate out of nowhere.
In the Winawer few things surprise me.
