Spock's quotes:anybody know where they are?

Anybody know which folder within the install folder might contain a text file (or other) of the cool quotes that Spock (Leonard Nemoy of course) says after each advance?

I'd like to be able to re-read them and possible cut and paste them into other places.

They are in "C:\Program Files\Firaxis Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 4\Assets\XML\Text\CIV4GameTextInfos.xml" if you installed by default, I think...

Make a mod that pastes them into multiplayer for us!
