Sprawling

Hi, I just started a game as Cardith Lorda, and was attracted by the describtion of his sprawling trait. Unfortunately, after a couple hundred turns I can still only use the first two rings of my city like normal. Is there something I have to research to activate it? I tried a forum search and got nothing, and the wiki site seems to be down at the moment.

I was also wondering what the adaptive trait does since its not really explained how it works.

I believe that the sprawling trait is missing form .25. I believe it will be added back in in 3.0, due out mid December.

It does work in FFH2 0.23c - last version for vanilla civ4. Start with it - while missing some new features it is the last stable and polished version.

I mistook inginuty with adaptative.. my mistake.

isn't that inginuity? adaptive is casiels trait, which allows him to select one at choise every x turns (even though the x turns seems kinda off atm). So he could start with creative to help him expand early, then switch to aggressive to train an army, or financial to get a tech bonus.

Varn and Cardith have adaptive as well. Adaptive does let you chose to get Ingenuity.

Edit: Ok, I guess Kol.7 is right. It only lets you choose: Aggressive, Arcane, Charismatic, Creative, Expansive, Financial, Industrious, Organized, Philosophical, Raiders, or Spiritual.

Hmm, I dont think it does actually. AFAIK it doesn't let you choose Ingenuity, Summoning, insane, barbarian or Agnostic.
