The Spring Patch created two problems: the first is that any non-Australian DLC content became unavailable. Jadwiga and Monty weren't even options in the lobby any more, and only the Outback scenario was available in the Scenarios tab.
Then, as I was poking around Steam to make sure they were still enabled, the Vikings DLC tried to re-download, then it failed, saying it doesn't have file privileges. Now I have to deselect the Vikings DLC to start the game. There's no similar problem with Jadwiga and Monty, though. Steam still says they're downloaded and installed.
