spyware help

I have a persistent piece of malware on my computer that always redirects my google search results on the first click. Ive run Macafee scan, Spybot and my comps tune up program to get rid of it, but I cannot kill the thing.

Any advice?

Try the trial of that, the site doesn't look fantastic, but I've had great success with removing difficult pieces of malware with it.
