in sin... baseless sin.
Did i read somewhere that one could "stack" units and have them all move at once in this game? i have a large navy that i want to move across the map and moving each individual piece is getting cumbersome. i thought i could select them all some how and have them all go to the same destination, is this true?

Additionally, i engaged in excessive use of ICBM's, (The Russians would not stop attacking me and haphazardly declaring war, so i decided to decimate them). Now, i think my entire planet is turning to desert and the ice is moving all over my cities. There is not any pollution as i immediately built workers to clean it up, but i still have a red sun and every turn it takes some time to pass the environmental changes taking place on my map. Why the heck is it doing this if there is not any pollution left... can't i turn this annoying thing off? My citizenry is going to starve.

The "J" shortcut key will allow you to create a stack, and pinpoint a destination - like the GoTo ("G") shortcut key.

I don't think it matters whether pollution is visiable. I believe the damage has been done. Oh, btw, I'll be notifying the EPA! :D

The pollution created when using nukes permanently adds to global warming. This is probably to emulate a "nuclear winter," and also to prevent excessive use of nukes, due to their sheer power..

oh no. i was hoping there was a fix. i have been playing for hours and i have lots of workers planting forests, i figured that was why the game allowed one to build forests... my entire map has become a desert with snow caps except the splotches of trees i have planted and irrigation and mines. My civilization seems to be the only one that still has trees... and that is because i planted them. i will try the "J" key though--and then go ahead and use the rest of my nukes.
