Standard Rules again?

I made some changes in the rules to test some stuff and to change things it didn´t like.

But now i want to take all the modifications back. And yes, i was happy to see that button to reset everything. When I hit it (twice) the program says it reset succesfully. But what happend? Nothing of course!

Is this a Bug or am i stupid or somethin´ ?
i´m to lazy to reinstall...

if you ever saved over your civ3mod the game will revert to your version....

Yes always backup the original. Anyway it's kind of funny to see some post a modpack WITHOUT any modifacations. All of the one posted have new units and buildings, etc. While this one has NOTHING new.
