[BTS] Star Trek mod for Civ 4

Hey guys trying to get the installer working for the mod but it doesn't allow me to create a folder or continue. So it won't finish the extraction. Is the an extracted version I can download ?

Did you ever find a solution to this challenge?

Here is the solution for Steam - Since the Reg Key is missing, you have to go one more level down from the main directory. That is all it took, once I figured it out.

Example: D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Sid Meier's Civilization IV Beyond the Sword\Beyond the Sword
