Start a game with a Mod loaded

I need to know how to start civcol with a mod loaded .. without going to advanced then load mod

I tried adding Mod = Modname to civilizationiv.ini in My Documents/My Games .. but still no luck

Any clues?

Oops the ini file method worked

I just have to put the path i.e. Mods\Modname
