Is there any way to get two players to start very close to each other? My wife and I loved Civ2, but we played it co-op style, us vs. the AI. I used to edit the maps so we would start next to each other (and we knew what direction the other was in), sometimes adding barbarian cities, etc.
In Civ5 I can't find a way to load a custom map or a scenario in multiplayer. Is there any way to make sure we start next to each other, on the same continent? Is there a cheat or a mod that would allow us to share the same fog of war (what she can see, I can see, and vice versa)? Thank you for any assistance you can provide.
