Starting the Game After an Advanced Start

I am new to BTS and just tried to start up the Charlemagne senario but after I finished purchasing stuff, I couldn't figure out how to actually start the game. I'm sure it's very easy but I can't seem to figure it out. How is it done? Thanks and happy new year to all!

If you need some clarification, I purchase all the things I want/can and then I want to begin the actual game but I cannot figure out how to make that happen. I seem to just be stuck on the purchasing phase. I'm sure there is a really obvious way to start the game that, for some reason, I keep glancing over. Any help would be appreciated!

In the upper left corner, underneath the gold amount, there should be a little grey "begin" button. Click on it.
