Statue of Zeus bonus without Wonder

Some strange thing is happening with my current game. I have statue of zeus bonus in all my units. However I didnt build that wonder and it isnt in the city I captured. I seem to remember that mongolia build it but diplomacy screen tells that no one has it. Mongolia lost their capital to Arabia but they dont have statue of Zeus according to diplomacy screen. I have liberated to city state that were captured by mongolia. It's possible that he build wonder in other of these cities. Should I get wonder bonus if city state controls the wonder and I'm allied with that citystate?

When the Statue of Zeus does not show up in the Global Politics screen under Diplomacy then you have captured it and it is in a city you currently control, probably a former mongol city.

(Then again it never occurred to me that a captured CS was annexed, a wonder built there and then liberated, so this might actually be possible to be a bug... but without a savegame no one can tell.)

I suspected wonder must be in Vatican City. I DOW them but I didnt lose my statue of Zeus bonus. Then I captured city and Statue of Zeus is there. After that I gifted Vatican City to england and I still have Statue of Zeus promotion. Also arabian units seems to have similar promotion icon but I dont know how to check if it is really that promotion.
