In the Capital Palace in Ob, King Alexei sat lazilly. His nation was small and weak, yet he did nothing about it. Meanwhile, right under his nose, his son Nicholas plotted. Nicholas had grand ambitions for Muscovy. And the first step was overthrowing his father's stagnant regime. Nicholas enlisted the help of his personal guards, who were the best and brightest warriors in the realm. That night, he and his men marched into the throne room of the palace. "What is this?" Alexei demanded. The response was a spear through the chest, propelled by Nicholas's expert arm. Alexei fell dead; the throne of Muscovy was empty. Nicholas took his father's crown, and took his rightful place as head of Muscovy. By the end of the week, Nicholas had been granted a rank more glorious than King by the local High Priest. He was now Czar Nicholas I. He ordered his capital moved to Novgorod, on the Volga river. No longer would he rule the small princedom of Muscovy. His Kingdom would now be Rossiya.
Orders:
Relocate capital to Novgorod. Begin building the Winter Palace, the new capital palace.
Create a democratic bi-cameral parliament. Allow all male citizens over the age of 18 to vote.
Begin building a network of roads connecting Moscow, Novgorod, and Yaroslavl'. This will increase the economy.

MICHQUELASK @Finmaster- I am no longer Quebec, i changed the name to Michquelask.
The Michquelaskians were at war with the californian sioux. They needed to fight as hard as they could. they would need more armymen. They would draft em' hand pick them of whatever it took to become bigger in army size. They would attack from all fronts.
The FNA offered Classical age knowledge if we paid the trade route.....it sounds like a good idea to the Michquelaskians. They would do the deal, have more advanced units than California, and tear them apart. It would be a grand plan, and it would work. They would set up citizens with guns along the border to shoot any invaders, but there would be no invaders because Michquelask's Superior army could destory the Californian defense and attack force. Everything was good. Michquelask could not lose.

OOC: They didn't have guns in the Classical Age.... more like bows and javelins... Remember "Classical" connotates ancient Rome and Greece.
North America, never having been embroiled in a major war before, has been plunged into this war head on. Michelaskians, confident of thier superiority, attempted to drive California into the ocean. Bringing in thier entire army, an attack across the border was issued and the Californians fell back in many spots. But the big drive towards Seattle was a dud. California had constructed a wall to cross the Maya border, and completed it by swinging it upwards instead. Over 1,500 Michelaskian have died, and about 2,000 Californians.
Mayans to the rescue!! With then entire Michelaskian army in California, Mayan armies poured into Southern Michqeualask, barrelling through the makeshift peasent forts (uum, china, this is the mideaval age, no guns yet). All of Florida has been taken, and they are driving north into Carolina.
War re-ignites between Old and New Argentina. The war is going mainly in the north, with Rio pushing the Chileans back steadily. In the South, Rio has isolated Chile's southern provinces and is gathering strength for a large scale invasion.
In France, the small rebellion has picked up some steam. The entire province of Provence and parts of Savoy are now in rebellion, blaming it on neglect and poor treatment of the poor.
Amazing heist in France. Getting away with precious documents on French Fuedalism and the new Classical Army techniques, the thief got away. Many in France are pointing the blame at Poland.
Sicily begins conquest of Africa!! First, they destroy the navies (mainly the South African one) of the Africans. With no naval support to help them, the Africans were under the mercy of Sicily. Sicily gave no mercy.
A huge invasion of the Bantu, started near RL Gabon, has gained HUGE amounts of land (867 man army for the Bantu). It has also created the unstable atmosphere, that has lead to the Great Schism of the Bantu. Zulus, Tanzanians, Congoans, and many others rebel openly not really in support of Sicily, but for the downfall of the old and aging Bantu Empire.
The Nok were also invade, with Sicily capturing the coast and securing the capital. They are near surrender.
South African Madagascar is slowly being starved, because of the Sicilian blockade of vital shipments of food and other things.
Another invasion of Oman from Phoenicia has sparked another huge war. Coming to the aid of thier allies, the powerful Mughals and the Uzbeks sent armies to assist. Phoenicia pushed into Western Oman, with Assyrian armies in the east. Both made sizeable adances.
In counterattack, Oman invaded Assyria, taking Babylon and going deeper. Assyria itself is nearly gone.
China and Korea attack Mughals! As per Phoenician request, the Asian allies caught the Mughals somewhat offguard. They were halted at the walls, though, and embittered revenge is distancing itself furthern and further from China.
With allied help, Japan crushes the rebellions in Tawain and the Phillipines.
Siam closes its door to the world, becoming a hermit kingdom. It is currently seeking to improve the inner workings of the ancient system.
The factions of the old Mongolian Empire continue to wage war against each other. In Sibir, Mongol invaders were whacked off thier horses in the battle of Yakustk. The faster and superior winter cavalry proved too much for the Keshiks..
Golden Horde has invaded Suzdal, and has progressed nicely. The rebellions have helped as well.
A baby by the name of Jesus has been born in Orleans, France. Noone quit knows the significance of this yet.
Baalism is spreading, and fast. In Europe, it is the religion of Greece, Southern Poland, Southern Sicily. In Africa, it has spread to Ethiopia and the Bantu.
