Stealth Attack

The game states that a unit that is stealth attack capable will be able to select an enemy unit from a stack of units to attack. A box listing available units should pop up, but it doesn't. I've downloaded all available patches. The unit I'm using is the F-15...Help! Without this my plans for domination through the air will be waisted!

Sadly the F-15 can't use its stealth attack, since it can only attack units by bombarding, and the special ability is linked to the normal attack a ground or sea unit would execute.

And stealth attack isn't used in the main C3C game.

Yes, for subs.

No, not for regular or nuclear subs. I suggest you check to see if your conquests.biq file in your C3C folder has "Stealth" checked under subs. Has it ever happened for you or are you guessing?

You need the smart weapon research for stealth attack with stealth fighters/bombers so i think the same goes for F -15
This is for C3C for vanilla im not sure.
Subs should have it right away.

Stealth for vanilla and the one in Conquests are two different things. It's a bit confusing really since there's two abilities with the same name. The Stealth you're thinking of is only used by air units and makes them harder to shoot down. The other Stealth applies to units with an attack value and allows them to select a target from a stack of units.
