You must be out of your mind. We don't know what preconcieved notions about borders you have, but just because our capital is in Africa doesn't mean we're an African Empire. The majority of our lands are in the Middle East, and you're nothing but warmongerers. We would be willing to do an exchange, say, Fertile Crescent for your Arabian possesions, but to give you up all of our Middle Eastern territories? Come back with a reasonable offer.

The Chinese Kingdom was vast. It streached from Siberia in the north and all the way down to the Phillipine Islands. The army was too small for the needs of the King and needed to be incresed to handle the orders that the King gave. As such the stable economy would be asked to support a larger armed forces. Hopefull in the course of expansion the explorers would find some useful resources to stimulate the economy.
