Depends on patch a lot but what turn are you finishing it on?

Because under the last patch I found even t31 was always safe, and that is pretty slow

Epic speed Emperor, I think I've seen as fast as t38 in 2.7.x .
As authority its hard to get below 40 even with a godlike start and more likely Im looking at somewhere around t44.
While Stone henge can sometimes be fine to get as late as t50.

Part of this could be due to the old AI production bonuses it used to get. That was changed in 3.0, so my guess is you will no longer see these kind of "crazy" rushes on epic.

Ahh I was thinking that wonders were a bit too accessible in general now in 3.x but that would explain it.
