Strange Popups that I can't Remove

Have any of the rest of you guys ever gotten pop-ups where the URL is "fp.pc-on-internet.com" or "login.tracker.com"? I have been getting them constantly, and have tried many courses of action for their removal, yet none have worked.

Any suggestions?

sounds like a case of spyware. Have you tied running Windows Defender?

yeah. It comes up blank.

As does AdAware and AVG

try this. I had a deep rooted infection today and adaware didn't even find it or anything. This removed most of it. Spybot cleaned up the rest.
