'StrategicViewType' log message

I'm not really sure if this a bug or even a problem. Just curious.

Any game, whether with mods or not, always produces this message at the top of my database.log.

The game doesn't crash or seem to display any glitches.

I can't seem to find any specific info regarding this message. All the searches relate to modders errors showing up and this text is just a part of the log they include.

Can anyone enlighten me as to why a fully patched unmodded game would show such an error?
