Strategy'ish: Classical Civics

Given the game's so new, we're clearly a bit random as to threads atm, so I thought I'd post about this. It may have already been covered. I've been playing a marathon game as my first, so probably behind everyone else. I've gotten myself to the point where I have a choice between:

1. Games and Recreation
2. Drama and Poetry

Clearly, I've already taken Political Philosophy.

Now I'm struggling to make a choice. What does everyone else think?

If you are going for a cultural or religious victory take Drama and Poetry. Important to get a lot of culture districts online for a culture victory. It leads into theology which is why it is important for religion (but can still be good for culture since religion and culture go well together).

If you are going for domination take games and recreation. It leads into 2 war related civics civics

If you are going for science or unsure, take what is best in your situation (one might be boosted for example)
