Stuck on a quest and need help

Hello I have a quest called "The Sea-Trophies". And iy request me to defeat a Dhow. But I can't seem to find any. how do you build hem o get them to spawn? is there some thing I am missing?

Dhow are the unique ship for Aksum, in the Antiquity Age. Check to see which leader is in charge of Aksum in your game, then look for their coastal settlements. No, I don't know how to encourage the Aksum leader to build one for you to defeat.
