When I first catched them I used all that programs too, but the only way I got to solve it was delete unknown programs manually, they have really strange names that I dont remember now and they have folders of their one in program files or documents and settings, or maybe windows. And I finished with hijackthis (when nothing more help this is the program to use), but of course its at your one risk, but once more I saw strange things that resembled to that folders I deleted.

For anti-virus I use AVG, he didnt detected any virus at that time.

Found some information on those desktop icons...

Check out these blogs and articles....

Bottom line is be careful what you download...you could be getting more than you bargained for....

You apparently downloaded it with MessengerPlus. They are installed by a company that has ties to Microsoft. They do have 2 uninstallers that you can download from their site though:
http://lop.com/new_uninstall.exe
http://lop.com/toolbar_uninstall.exe

Next time when you install MessengerPlus just install it without the spyware. There apparently is an option for this during the setup. Next time read all the items in setup instead of mindlessly clicking further and accept all the time.

Next time when you get into such a problem just search google for the names of the icons and you're bound to be referred to sites dealing with the problem you've got.
