I'd like to experiment with higher difficulty levels. Please suggest a level according to my desciption of my skill level and playing style.
I played Civ since Civ1 and I played 5 since it came out.
I know about several of the abuses but I dont ever want to used them, neither by fooling the AI via trade nor by special setting like Ai teams that end in perma war against the CS or anything.
I want to play my civ in a way that has at least some degree of realism, eg I want my people to be happy and such. So no weird strats for me. I prefer culture&science over brute force but I can adept to crises.
I am aware of the value of good timing and research priorities and I will use it to my advantage (like rushing steel if i see iron etc).
I like to play slower sppeds on bigger maps and quicker on smaller ones because I hate my armys to be outdated when I reach my enemy.
I micromanage to a give degree, but I wont do it to every city every turn. I do it when I want to accomplish something like finding the best way to build a wonder, but I realy dont like to do that for every stupid unit.
I want a real challenge but i want a shot at the win. It would be perfect if i was one of the three civs that could win in the end, no matter who actualy takes it
Please dont say "step by step one level at a time" because I play many other games as well and so i dont plan to play a dozent civgames in a row.
thanks
