Just right click on the building you want to sell in the city display, and one of the options will say sell. Click on that and a message will prompt you if you really want to sell it. Hit whatever option you want to do, then it occurs. There are buildings that you can't sell, however (palace, aqueducts, hospitals, wonders).

Can't say I have done that "cheat". Sun Tzu's is the most powerful wonder in the game, in my opinion, so I always try to build it myself. In my current game, the Babylonians beat me to it. But I just conquered my continent anyway, and just have to play defense now. Put up 5 barracks, and those high-shield cities will produce all my future units.

If you've gotten Sun Tzu Art of War, how do you sell the second barracks? Also, is there any advantage to having two barracks in a town (speed for instance)? Thanks.

Right click on the barracks/granary(left of screen),

If you can sell it, the option will become availlable.

Yeah, you won't see two of them, just the option to sell one if you have a pre-existing improvement. This, of course, goes for all wonder generated improvements.

I didn't know this. I always thought that you had to remember to sell (barracks/granary) one turn BEFORE getting the wonder. Didn't know that you could still sell them afterwords. Sweet - one less detail to worry about.
Sometimes, the sale can add up to hundreds of dollars, which can be rather significant at that point in the game.
