Hey folks,
I've been paging through different sites over the past few days to try to figure out my problem, and since I solved it, I wanted to share the answer.
If you've got a Radeon Mobility 7500 and you need to update the drivers, the latest Omega Drivers may not work. This is due to that in Catalyst 6.6, the company dropped support of the 7000 and 8000 series. So, you'll need to back track to an earlier version. That version is: Radeon Omega Drivers 3.8.252
Follow the install instructions and you'll be golden.
As of 8/11/2010, you can find the files in the following locations:
