Suprise...! Problems wuith running game, dxdiag inside :)

Right, i have eventually got over my safedisk problem...


Bought the dvd verysion, and couldnt run it on my comp, because of safedisk... (so i got a no-disk patch)


Anyway, now it loads up fine, but when i try and start a new game, it just freezes when its loading, and i cant get in...

I have a save from the tutorial, and turns take sooooooooo long to load, its rediculous...


My dxdiag is below, so please check...

Im runnin a 2.7 intel, with 2gb of ram...

Help... Or im taking the game back to the shop, ive never known a game with so many problems...!!!!!

The drivers for your graphics card are dated from 2002 so you will need to update these for the game to work

You have a good PC thats being crippled by the lackof a Video Card - the graphics you have are integrated graphics - not dedicated Video Processing. The latter makes you below spec for the game.

The driver update will be essential for the moment, but expect to have more problems until you fit at least a mid-range graphics card. Until you do, it will be the hardware causing the issues - not Civ IV

Ill have a go with that... when i got the pc, it wasnt going to be for gaming, so i got the best specs for the money... That'll be y the video card is pants...
