Swithching Heads

plz help me

i want to switch the leaderheads of Qin Shi Huang with Kublai Khan...but I want to leave the background of each leader as it is
i changed the xml of the leaderheads except the BackgroundKFM but Kublai's Background has a red strip on top of it...does anyone noe how fix this...

now i have to settle with genghis background...

btw what's NIF, KFM, and NoShaderNIF for?

Nifs are the models, which are covered with the skin (dds).
The moves are Kf. And the KFM is the "connection" between Kf and Nif.

If you want a leader to use different moves, you must put the new moves in the same folder with the original Kfm and rename the kf.files.

!WARNING! A lot of combinations have REALLY weired results.
