System Shock + Alpha Centauri

So, any of you guys interested in System Shock or its sequel? Because right now I've got a SHODAN faction I'd love to test on some unsuspecting sap. However I'm also in need of some base pictures (Using the Hive ones for now), and all those funny little pictures that get shown at times, like the Faction Insignia.
But anyway, anybody want to test out my SHODAN?

(EDIT: I suspect the faction file may actually be broken, which is my ulterior motive for testing it on you guys. The Faction Editor I downloaded from Apolyton seems only suitable for those of us without Alien Crossfire)

We now have Faction Insignias (The TriOptimum insignia), and leader portraits. Only thing that isn't original is the city icons, because I'm sinfully lazy about it. So, now you have MORE reason to look at it.

I know your post is a year old, but I am an ADDICT for System Shock 2. My God - what a great game. Same with Alpha Centauri. So please, post your Faction somewhere and gives us a link!

I've recently got a hankering to diversify (I play in a clan for a Battlefield 1942 mod called Forgotten Hope) and try strategy...

Age of Empires III: wow, love revolutionary war, but...not as good as Colonization.
American Conquest: 16,000 units on screen at once? Cool - but this is the uber-uber mine-construct-fight RTS model.Bleh.
Rise of Nations: cute, but again too "gamey" Too fast, too much build masses of units and crush.
Civ IV: well, I only tried the demo and thought - WTH? Where are all the controls? Where are the riots, pollution, resource gatherers, etc.

Besides - I DESPISE this pseudo real-world crap of Civ IV. I mean, who the @#$ wants to play Gandi for 3000 years! I get so SICK of whiners saying they can't handle the tech tree in AC - get a freakin' dictionary and LEARN something! It's very enlightening - don't you read sci-fi?!?!

I just ordered Test of Time (which I owned years ago) because I want to play worlds with Dark Elves, Alien Bugs and Dinosaurs!!! I HATE reality and real history is so...boring. I want bizzare tech trees where I DONT know what a good research strategy is. I LIKE weird names of things - allows me to "roleplay" the game a little more...

I was HOPING that Civ IV would bring out a new CD with hundreds of units, dozens of worlds/mods and new scenarios. But no....

Sid - if you can hear me: I WANT A SANDBOX to PLAY IN! Not some idiot's version of history!

Hey chipjameson,

I'm a SMAC newbie, believe it or not - I owned the game for years before struggling through getting it to play on XP. Now that I've got it working, I've done nothing else for two weeks. Damn thing's fun!

I have always wanted to play System Shock 2, but could never find a copy for less than $100. Any ideas? I could try Limewire, I suppose, but I'm not all that hip on downloading zip files or executables from people I don't know. Paranoid, I guess. Been working security for almost twenty years - I guess it comes with the territory.

Well, I was surprised. The general lack of a warm reception when first I posted this kind of made me think it was unwanted. That aside, I will post the faction now. I hope this is all the files, tell me if I'm missing something vital.

Please give me feedback. (P.S: I lack WinZip or a similar program, so you'll have to rename this text file as a RAR file. Sorry for the inconvenience)
