SoS

Trades..
no trades ..only one availble required all our gold and it really was lopsided to them anyway

Relations and demands
Give in to Russian demands to stop trading with Germany.
Do not give into any other demands for gold or tech.

STOP Play when Fort Imprevious finishes its aquaduct. We need to discuss the building of a wonder that migth go there. ( this should be our Presidents order but he appears to be AWOL)

Standard STOP orders
STOP play if we meet any other civ besides Russia and Germany so we can discuss relations and trades.
STOP play if attacked by any civ.
STOP play if any civ asks to go to war on their side.Citizens need to vote.

Minister of Science
just continue Machinery,

The citizens are about to get angry! Please stagnate the food supply by working:

1 clam, 3 forests, the 2 northern cottages (next to city), the two hills ( yes I know one is a jungle, it wont be for long, and its still the best option), and one science specialist.

When the worker finishes the mine, there will be too much food again, so change the clam worker and the science specialist to work the two remaining cottages.

When the worker finishes the mine, road the hill, then move NE and cottage the grassland.

When FI worker finishes chopping jungle, move to hill 2N of the city and build a mine.

When pop expands (2 turns), work the grassland tile 2S of the city.

EDIT:
It turns out I don't have the authority to order you to stop play while we wait for the Globe Theatre decision. Hopefully robboo will post an order. However, if that doesn't happen and you don't stop for some other reason, then switch to Courthouse following the completion of the Aqueduct.

Auda City - Whip Library, - Archer(2 turns) - Begin Theatre (if it finishes) -Begin Aquaduct

Basilica - Continue current project (Move Citizen working forest (SW)of city to farm (NW) of city

Toot Uncommon- Continue current project

Workers- Move one NW and clear jungle, move other NW,N and clear jungle. Once jungle is removed build roads. If there are still turns remaining move 1 worker towards Toot UnCommon and the other to Auda City.

I have recieved permission from the SoW to use the archer as a MP in auda city. So fortify it there.

All workers released to governor (I mean honestly someone has to apply for this job, I have no time to do my job.)

I approve the building of the Globe Theater in Fort Impervious, jsut wait for the governor to build it.

Official Instructions from the Governor of Micalian's Gate

Build Queue: Start a Worker. If that Worker finishes, start another Worker.

Citizens: Work tiles J, L, S, and U as shown in the screenshot below.

Workers: There are currently no workers in the northern area. Should the worker that is being produced finish before the end of the TC (it shouldn't), rename it "Northern Worker 1", and send it to build a farm on the unimproved wheat south of BW.

Official Instructions from the Interim Governor of Boaring Wallow

Build Queue: Start a market immediately, putting the settler on hold. It should take more than the 10 turns of this TC to complete.

Citizens: Hire 1 science specialist. Work tiles D, H, K, L, P, R, S, and V as shown in the screenshot below.

Workers: There are currently no workers in the area. If the worker being produced in MG is completed, follow the instructions in the above post.

Official Instructions from the Office of the Censor

The Citizens Assembly has authorized the building of the Globe Theatre. Where and when is to be decided by the Minister of the Interior and the Governors, but you must follow an order to build it when it is given.

The citizens have voted not to settle a city, so do not settle one yet. This will be repolled later to find out when we will actually settle.

Keep the Science Rate as high as possible.
Do not change any civics.
Do not declare war on anyone.

mayor of Old Sarai

Continue chopping the jungle. When completed mine the hills. IF you finish mining, move to a jungle along teh river adn chop the jungle.

Keep working the same tiles

If I may add the Mayor Robboo's Old Sarai instruction. It will grow on turn 5. Please reassign the citizen to the 5 :hammers: tile. You can release the archer in garrison to help Auda City which needs another in garrison (if the SoW approves).

For Constitution Falls...change the tile preturn to the grass forest from the 3:hammers: tile so it can grow in 2 vs. 3. Add the new citizen to the 3:hammers: tile.

The TC will start in 5 minutes, but no one's here. Guess it's going to be a quiet one.

The TC is now starting. I hope someone shows up - talking to myself is a little weird. ;)

Start of turn 1 - http://www.civfanatics.net/uploads11/C4DG1_AD-1085_turn1.Civ4SavedGame (forgot to upload end of preturn save)

End of turn 5 - http://www.civfanatics.net/uploads11/C4DG1_AD1118_turn5.Civ4SavedGame

End of turn 9 - http://www.civfanatics.net/uploads11/C4DG1_AD1142_turn9.Civ4SavedGame

The TC was stopped a turn early because the aqueduct completed in Fort Impervious. (A courthouse was started temporarily so I could get through the dialog)
Not much happened, just finished some buildings and some worker improvements/chops. No barb sightings, meeting of other civs, demands, requests, declarations of war, or Armageddons. ;)

[21:15] Sigma: ah
[21:16] Whomp: basillica can work 4 cottages
[21:16] Sigma: well I don't want to get any CC's or anything, so I'm going to say no to instructions at the TC - but we can certainly do them for the next one
