Tech/civic boost not working

I can confirm that the Nationalism boost is still not working for me as of the latest patch.

It does though, but you are probably using Declare Formal War which will not do the trick.

It has to be one of these; Holy War, Protectorate War, Liberation War or Reconquest War (Holy War is the easiest as there's usually a WTH ****** AI that tries to convert your cities).

As of update 1.0.0.219 (260180) this bug still there. Very annoying.

I repeatedly have a similar problem.

The slinger-Eureka for Archery does not trigger if the slinger kills the enemy unit while defending (AI-turn).
