Tech Tree: Researched techs issue

Intermittently, researched techs are not highlighted in green to denote that they have in fact been researched. I am unable to click on them, but it is annoying when trying to figure out what I have previously researched. Anyone else seen this?

Same problem here, been playing it with no problems for a while on easier levels. First time on Noble and the tech tree corrupts. A co-incidence? No solution i'm afraid, but at least you know you're not alone...
