Hi all,
I would like to change some of the techs around and it would be nice to see the tree offline and be able to manipulate it and see what changes I need in my head before I change them, slot this in here, put that before that tech, that sort of thing.
Has anybody made some sort of tool that would allow me to do that or have another way.
