Not sure if this is CEP related or not, but playing away in my current game, working fine, when suddenly, the ability to scroll through the tech screen goes missing. I can still select the techs that I can see, but am unable to look into the future. Was working at the start and am about 200 turns in. No matter what I press (mouse wheel, arrow keys) I cannot get it to move.

edit: I can see what's happened. The next era over head has for whatever reason moved down. All of the tabs are still in the right spot, but the era overlays are not, causing the scroll bar not to appear.

Apologies: Have set config for logs now. Because I use quite a few mods, I had a bit of a fiddle for compatibility issues and found that the tech tree seems to be affected by the 'special forces mod' (at least with the combination I use). What was different was that initially, there was no problem up until the aforementioned 200 turns. Now, however, even from a fresh cache validated start, if I include this mod, I get the tech tree issues. Until I work out what is going on, I will disable. Sorry for any inconvenience.
