Technical help - how to put more than 8 players in PBEM...

Hi..
I've downloaded cool scenario-map 24 civilizations in it.
(Name ODD WORLD and it can be found on this site)

I'd like to play PBEM with my four friends against 20 AI civilization.
Unfortunately I can't see any way how to set more than eight players in MP game...

Is there any way to do that???
Maybe it can be set somehow in editor, or maybe there is possibility to edit started game (*.sav file) and add more civs manually..

PLEASE HELP!!

I really like to play PBEM 4 H vs 20 AIs....

8 is hard coded in.

Currently, 8 player is the MAX and CAN NOT be changed.
