techs associated with GP

I like to figure out which tech are related to the Great peoples.
Forexample, I know that G. Prophet may discover:
Meditation, Pristhood, Theology

G. Scientist may discover:
Mathmatics.

But how about others?
For example: Philosophy? Is it related to G. prophet or scientist?

Also is all the techs are covers by the 5 types of GP, or some are not coverred, such as horse riding?
It will make big difference on strategy if we know such info.

Are there any easy way to figure out? If not, let's use this thread to collect such info..
