Techs stop at certain era's

Hi!
I'm wondering if theres a mod to stop the techs at certain eras like~.

Whenever im playing "rome for an example" i want to enjoy using the legions longer and avoid getting into the renaissance era;D

i've been looking through the site for hours and i cannot find one -.- But i did find alot of other amazing mods
And I always play on the "Marathon" speed but even that goes to fast i feel like=)

Anyway! does anyone know if theres a mod like that or could make one=D?
I'm not qualified to make such things sadly=s

Yes they do work. I am using the End in the Medieval Era mod right now.

Hi Runkis. Welcome to the forums.

I think that the mods in the workshop only work for Gods & Kings. Do you have this expansion? I'm not aware of any such mods for the original unexpanded game.

If you have Gods & Kings then the mod should work. Have you enabled the mod? When you download a mod it doesn't automatically activate. I'm at work at the moment, but going by memory you have to go click on 'mods' on the main menu, select the mods you want to use, click 'next', then after a little wait you click on 'single player' and set-up the game as normal.
