Could someone please please please make a techtree editor!! It would be so useful!!!

There may not be a "tech tree editor" per say, but you can edit that. Try reading through this http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=385009

I know how to manually edit the techtree, but it is quite annoying and tedious.
