Tell me again how to get Inquisitors???

I buy an Apostle and 'evangelize belief'. I can then select from a number of options.

I've done this twice and never has the 'be able to buy inquisitors' option popped up.

It's nutty that something like Inquisitors that should come with EVERY RELIGION should be hidden so thoroughly.

It's hidden good isn't it? You have to sacrifice an apostle but I think you only have the option once one of your cities is converted to a foreign religion?

It's not under evangelize, but rather the button next to it. You must also have full charges.

I believe you have to have founded the religion yourself to get Inquisitors. I'm not 100% sure I'm correct about that.

You don't "evangelize belief" -- you "launch inquisition".

Additionally you can only buy an inquisitor from a city with a holy site and a temple (or its replacements) build in it.

I think this is correct, but crazily, if you launch an Inquisition it is still possible to buy Inquisitors for a foreign religion in any of your cities which has that majority religion, and a Holy Site with a Temple. It's rather self-defeating, and quite possible to do accidentally if you haven't noticed a city has been converted.
