What do I need to found Tengriism (besides the tech?)
I researched Tengriism but did not get the zoom-to-holy-city nor can I find it in any of my cities. I founded Druids and Shamans in my capital before. I did not notice any messages about someone else getting it before me and the Religious Advisor (F7) lists it as not founded yet. I tried getting rid of the other religions in my newest city and giving it horses+pasture but that didn't do it either. I've got four cities and a overseas colony (vassal).
I'm not using Divine Prophets.
