It has come to my attention that the Election Cycle Index on the Demogame main forum is sadly out-of-date. It is my intention to correct that. Following are the nomination records for the upcoming second term. I will make an effort to keep them as up-to-date as possible. Please be advised however, that I cannot be watching the forum at all times. A turnover period of 24 hours should be sufficient to synchronise any changes. If I happen to leave something out, feel free to post in this thread or send me a PM.
I apologize in advance for any mispelling of candidate names. I have used forum user names and have attempted to remain consistent as such (capitalizations, spacing, etc.). If you notice any errors, or wish to have your candidacy name changed (with respect to capitalizations, spacing, etc.), just let me know, and I'll get to it as soon as possible. In other words, you can request a space in your name, but I will not add "His Magnificent Excellence" in front of it.
I realize some people (for example Chieftess) have been nominated for several positions and have already shown their intent to run for a specific office. If you have already accepted one nomination, I have taken the liberty of marking all other nominations as "Declined". If at any instant this status is altered (you want to run for a different office), kindly inform me and I will amend the records.
Positions are posted in the following order: President, Judiciary (in ranking order), Consuls (alphabetical), Commander of the Armed Forces, Directors (alphabetical), Governors (province creation order). Candidates are posted in the order of nomination.
On a side note, I am unaware as to whether or not someone else is actually in charge of this. If there is someone handling this, I apologize for infringing in your matters. You may, however, use any of the information I have gathered here if you wish. Furthermore, if there is in reality no one tasked with this function, it would be a great honour if President DaveShack would appoint me to the position and glorify me with a appropriately pretentious title.

TimBentley will be away for the duration of the nomination period. His name remains in the list in the event that he shows up and acknowledges his nomination.
Several offices (Pres, PD, Commerce, Governor) are still uncontested as of this moment.
