With the recent victory for Philosophy in the latest poll, would you support halting the chat the turn prior to the discovery of Philosophy and possibly chaning the tech we recieve from it to something if it is found that our neighbors have one tech or another, namely if they have researched map making while we do Philo?
No, I would ask for map making to be chosen, just like the majority wants. Even if someone else has map making, we don't have anything to trade for it. The people want map making and they're going to get it.
