I would like to request on behalf of the residents of Vo Mimbre that our current Colosseum project be converted into a Marketplace. I believe a Marketplace would be more effective in making our citizens happy as well as contribute to our tax coffers.

Yay! The colleseum is an expensive endevor, only causing an immediate, and limited effect on happiness at a high cost. Markets, with 7 luxuries, provide additional commerce that more than outweights its' cost!

Governor, please see this thread for arguments why we should strengthen our infrastructure, especially research and commerce. The war with Babylon is over. We cannot attack India for 9 turns because we have a ROP, our railroad network is under construction and we most likely will not go to war in the immediate future.

Please look at all your cities on whether to build libraries and/or markets now. Remember: we have lots of luxuries and thus temples are rarely needed. Markets bring more happiness plus money. Libraries bring more culture plus research strength.

Governor, with all due respect: Berry Province needs your guidance. You may argue that you have a lack of advice and this may well be true. But nonetheless, your decisions are asked for. Let me give my personal opinions on what Berry's cities should be build in the upcoming turnchat:

Deux Riviere: factory (chop forest and mm to do it in 6 turns), Universal Suffrage
Vo Mimbre; university, factory
Santa Lucia: put the clown to work, switch to university, factory
Montpellier: switch to factory, infantry
Antillia: switch to library to get the whale, courthouse
