terrain naming?

Hi I don't know if it would work but is there a way to get the naming feature that is a part of civ: revolution to work on civ5? I really liked the idea of aspects of the terrain being named. and it just made it kinda cool that there where places named after the civs I conquered

plus being real into linguistics it kinda made it realistic that there wehere features named after cultures that no longer existed. iunno just wondering.

Yeah it would be a nice little aesthetic feature.

Frankly, that seems like a really nice idea. I don't know about the feasability aspect, but it would add quite some inmersion to those using it. Plus, you get to name big battles after whatever the tile you were battling over was.
